One of the fascinating things I’ve discovered about ADHD is the paradox of craving new and novel experiences while simultaneously clinging to deeply ingrained habits. This contradiction feels like an ongoing tug-of-war in my brain—one part seeking adventure, the other part holding on tightly to the comfort of routine.
