Hi Stacey, I actually have been very focused on my nutrition, also, but it hasn't been perfect. I aim for over 100g of protein per day (i try to hit 120-130 but not often do I mange this) and 20-25g of fibre which isnt always easy. But yes, focused on protein and fibre for sure. I will most likely write more about all the other factors I used to help me as I heal from metabolic syndrome.
