Returning to your SELF
We don’t need another “lose the holiday pounds/kgs”, “hustle and grind” “New Year, New You” program or course for 2022. We need self compassion, loving boundaries, community support &communal healing.
It’s almost the end of another year and I wanted to ask you, how are you feeling?
Many people I’ve spoken to have said they feel exhausted, burnt out, flat, disconnected or have an out of whack nervous system.
On reflection I feel we all have something to be proud about despite the challenges we’ve faced. And it’s these things I want to focus on in 2022.
In 2021 I am most proud of moving my family unit back home to Australia after 16 years living in the Middle East, packing up our entire lives during a pandemic whilst navigating closed borders and stressful travel conditions.
What are you most proud of yourself this year?
I’m feeling drawn to reigniting my community over on Facebook, with the focus on connection, community, and kindness primarily to oneself.
Self care is not selfishness. Self care is something we need more than ever right now.
We don’t need another “lose the holiday pounds/kgs”, “hustle and grind” “New Year, New You” program or course for 2022. We need self compassion, loving boundaries, community support, communal healing, nurturing and gentle strength guidance.
I’d love to invite you to continue the conversation over on the community here if you’re feeling in need of some self compassion and love for a fresher 2022.
See you there
